By accessing or using On The Felt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property
All content within On The Felt — including but not limited to text, exercises, strategies, questions, explanations, design, and code — is the exclusive property of On The Felt and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any part of this App without express written permission from the owner.
3. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the App or its content.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) grant you access to premium content as described. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, scraping, or redistributing any App content
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or clone the App
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose
6. Disclaimer
On The Felt is an educational tool. It does not guarantee winnings or results at the poker table. Gambling involves risk — always play responsibly and within your means.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
